Shipping & Returns

Shipping within the continental US

• Orders up to $50: $8 shipping
• Orders $50 to $100: $14 shipping
• Orders over $100: free shipping

We ship USPS unless you ask for something else, and you'll get a tracking number when your order goes out. Our goal is to ship within a day or two.

International orders

International shipping is charged at cost, based on USPS posted rates. The shipping rate will be approved by you before it is put into effect. Bev will contact you, or you can contact Bev at beverlykrueger135@gmail.com. Thank you.

A note for our friends overseas: postage to some countries, the UK, France and Australia in particular, runs far higher than to the rest of the world, and we know it causes worry. That's why we talk it through with you first. For you this is a hobby, not an anxiety-producing activity, and we'd like to keep it that way.

Returns

We are not able to accept returns unless it is a matter of broken or damaged product. In that situation, please call 608-279-2938 or email beverlykrueger135@gmail.com.
